The School District of Clayton is reducing its impact on the environment while saving an estimated $700,000 through the installation of 12 arrays of solar panels on eight buildings across the District and at the Center of Clayton. The Board of Education approved a 20-year lease proposal from Microgrid Solar, which includes Microgrid’s donation of an array of solar panels at Wydown Middle School.
